Shipping Information

Our goal is to offer you high-quality products at an affordable cost with no shipping fees. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the US and worldwide, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. 

Currently, we ship worldwide, however shipping time varies depending on country.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging - all orders are sent directly to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and post office process the orders, which can take 2–5 days.

  • Shipping time: Our products are shipped to you directly from our suppliers worldwide.

    All US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is an expedited shipping method and takes between 12-20 days

    For shipping to countries outside the US, we will use expedited shipping if available, however most countries don't support that option and thus it can take between 18-42 days but can vary depending on your country. 

    We always pay all shipping + handling fees - even if we use an expedited shipping method and offer you, our dear customer, FREE SHIPPING on all products.

  • Summary of Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Shipping to US - Processing + Shipping = 14-25 days
    • Shipping WorldWide - Processing + Shipping = 22-45 days


Return & Refund Policy

  • Full refund if you don't receive your order
    You will get a full refund if your order does not arrive to you within the timeframes mentioned below:

    For the US, we allow 28 days - 4 days for order processing, 20 days for shipping and 4 days for any unexpected delays.

    Worldwide, we allow 60 days - Shipping should not take more than 45 days however we have opted to allow 60 days in cases where there is unexpected delays or issues with customs. 

    If you receive your order after being issued a refund for unreasonable delays, you can keep it, consider it a gift!
  • Full or Partial refund if the item is not as described
    If your item arrives damaged, or does not work as per our product description, you can either return it and get a full refund, or get a partial refund and keep the item, depending on your preference and an agreement reached when contacting us. 

  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
